Yes, you will need to join Alchemy of Thanks to earn rewards as they are accumulated in your online account.

If you have joined Alchemy of Thanks, you’ll automatically earn points for every online order :)

You will receive 1 Thank You Point per Dollar (excluding shipping fees).

You are welcome to save them up or use them as you go. The choice is always yours. Thank You Points are valid for 1 year from the date of receiving them.

Your points and available rewards will be visible on the rewards page or in the rewards bar at the bottom of the screen. You'll need to be logged in to see your points and rewards. You can log in on the rewards page or via the rewards bar at the bottom of the screen.

All Thank You Points are valid to redeem for 1 year from the date of receiving them.

Please visit the rewards page and make sure that you are logged in. Here you will see an option to click and view your points history, which shows all of your points activity plus any expiry dates.

Whenever you are ready, you can redeem your Thank You Points for a discount code that can be used at checkout. Simply open the rewards bar at the bottom of the screen to see your available discounts (or you can see the discounts on the rewards page too). Once you click the discount you would like to redeem, you will receive a code that you can use at checkout.

That's ok as your points and discount codes will always be available in your account. Simply navigate to the rewards page and click on Points History to view your codes.
