Shipping policy

All Halka B Organics products are shipped from our shop located in the heart of Fremantle, Western Australia. All online orders are handled between Monday and Friday, and we ship both within Australia and internationally, according to the products you have ordered. We are committed to preparing and shipping your order to you as quickly as we possibly can. 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We are pleased to offer both standard and express shipping options via the Australia Post network and you can make your preferred selection during checkout. If you opt for Standard shipping, please allow 3-6 business days after dispatch to receive your order. For Express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days. Please allow some additional time if you are located in a regional area. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that products that contain alcohol such as Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne and certain essential oils are considered as flammable items and cannot be sent via Australia Post Express as this shipping method involves airfreight.

If your order contains any of these products, we will send your order to you via the standard Australia Post service. We thank you for your understanding and support in helping us to ship your products safely. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer a variety of different shipping options and are pleased to be able to offer you complimentary Standard Shipping for orders of $100 or more - and complimentary Express Shipping for orders of $150 or more. Here is the full table of costs so that you may choose the best option for you.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Unfortunately, we had to close our international ordering system via our website temporarily on hold until we sort out all the new taxes and tariffs - please do email us directly to admin@halkab.com.au for any international inquiries. So sorry and thank you for your understanding - have a happy day :) 

SHIPPING COST AND TIMEFRAME

For all orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia, your order is delivered via Australia Post Airmail. We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping to our valued international customers, so please feel free to order anything you like for a flat cost of $45 Australian Dollars.

We are unable to provide an estimated shipping timeframe as this varies by country, however if your order is time sensitive, you can review the Australia Post International Delivery Times  for a better indication according to your location.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that products that contain alcohol such as Eau de Parfum and Eau de Cologne and certain essential oils are considered as flammable items and cannot be sent via airfreight. This means that unfortunately we are unable to share these goodies with our international clients at this time. We thank you for your understanding.

Please note that should the destination country of order delivery impose any import duties or taxes; they are the responsibility of the customer. We thank you for your understanding.
